As a leader in commercial cleaning and office cleaning JDI has developed the
CleanGreen program as a cost effective and environmentally responsible solution
for our customers, their employees, and our cleaning staff.
JDI CleanGreen looks to minimize the impact on the environment by following the
guidelines set out in the Canada Green Building Councils LEED Standards for New
and Existing Buildings. JDI uses cleaning products that are Green Seal and
EcoLogo Certified. These products do not contain harmful volatile organic
compounds (VOC’s) which can evaporate into the environment and have been known
to cause a host of health problems.
As well JDI is investing in new janitorial equipment, such as HEPA filtered
vacuums, microfiber cleaning cloths, mops and chemical free floor scrubbers.
Lastly, our High-Performance cleaning program is based on a Custodial
Effectiveness Assessment which implements, manages, and audits cleaning
procedures and processes. By implementing an effective JDI CleanGreen program
our customers will show measureable results of less employee absenteeism, safer
office environments and more efficient cleaning programs.
